A small band of intrepid explorers and adventurers and, some say gourmets, blast off to Wales for an exciting couple of days of biking through the vales and mountains that are Wales.

Trip to Wales. Staying in Tregaron at the Y Talbot, a renowned inn of quality. And importantly stockists of Black Dragon Cider.
The route is as follows.
- Meet at Pear Tree Services, A44/A34 nr. North Oxford BMW garage and Park and Ride.
- It is then fairly rapid progress along the A44, across the Cotswold's passing many fine places to stop for lunch, getting to Tregaron about 4pm ready for an early bath and off to the bar.

- Devil's Staircase
- A483
- Aberystwyth
- Newtown
- Crossgates
- Rhyader

The route takes us across to Aberystwyth (for a coffee and ice cream). And then off the Brecon via the Aberystwyth Mountain Road, Rhyader, And across to Brecon.
